  I highly recommend The Everly to anyone searching for an apartment. I lived there for over 1.5 years and had a great experience. The apartment unit was very nice and functional, and the community has many great common areas and amenities. The Everly's staff are exceptional and set this community apartment from any other where I've lived. The management/office and maintenance teams are incredibly kind and very responsive to any questions or requests. Thank you, Skyy, Jaidyn, Jame, and team! A few of my favorites about the apartment and area: (1) The pool, fitness room, and common social/working spaces are upscale and very well cared for. (2) Nearby neighborhoods are great for walking/running and it's not too far from the LSU lakes for a run. (3) Easy access to Sprouts for groceries or snacks. And (4) it's a safe and quiet community.

  Really enjoyed my tour with Jaidyn! She was very knowledgeable of the community and took her time to show me all of the amazing amenities. I can't wait to cancel my gym membership when I move in next month! Skyy (the manager) was so nice as well. She came out to meet me after my tour and made sure I was happy with my experience.

  If you're an early bird then you'll appreciate being woken up frequently at 3am thanks to the faulty building fire alarm. This has been a major issue the entire time I've lived here and you'll see other reviews mentioning the same. The Everly staff will not take the issue seriously, so be prepared for this to happen a few times per month. Last weekend it happened 3 nights in a row...

  I would absolutely avoid living in this building. First, emergency maintenance requests routinely go unanswered. It is deeply concerning that issues designated as emergencies do not receive timely responses. Additionally, I have been waiting for over two months for a simple appliance repair. During that time, I have sent numerous follow-up messages requesting an update on the status of the repair, yet every one of those inquiries has been ignored. The building also has a persistent gnat infestation that has not been adequately addressed. Noise is another recurring issue. Although the property advertises a "courtesy officer" to address after-hours disturbances, the courtesy officer has never answered the phone when I've attempted to call. Late-night fire alarms have become so frequent that they have seemingly become a normal occurrence, typically around 0200. There is a consistent pattern of poor communication, delayed maintenance, and lack of responsiveness from management. The level of service provided is wholly inconsistent with the pricing of this property. There seems to be droves of residents moving out each weekend and I am very eager to be one of them in the coming weeks.
