- PPPurvi ParikhAug 12, 20261.0Please don’t live here! Mold and mice! They don’t do anything for any type of maintenance request, and blame it on the customer. I would recommend living on the street. The manager is a complete mean person. I’m so glad to go to school so I can be better than her.
- JTJa'Mareous ThompsonJul 31, 20265.0This is my first apartment in Baton Rouge, and I would choose this location every time. For any LSU students, this apartment is walking distance from the main part of campus, affordable, and spacious. The office staff is so warm and helpful. Any issue I have the team made sure it was fixed as soon as possible! They are so personable and know me by name. This is the best choice for an apartment, especially if you are not from the area.
