- PPPurvi ParikhAug 12, 20261.0Please don’t live here! Mold and mice! They don’t do anything for any type of maintenance request, and blame it on the customer. I would recommend living on the street. The manager is a complete mean person. I’m so glad to go to school so I can be better than her.

For any LSU students, this apartment is walking distance from the main part of campus, affordable, and spacious. The office staff is so warm and helpful. Any issue I have the team made sure it was fixed as soon as possible! They are so personable and know me by name. This is the best choice for an apartment, especially if you are not from the area.

- AAAlineMar 5, 20261.0it's been 5 years since i lived here. the way i STILL come back every now and then to check to see if this place burned to the ground as i always hoped it would tells you everything you need to know about how traumatizing it is to live here. trauma. literal trauma. no other place i've lived at has ever made me feel this triggering, visceral feeling besides when i think about the time i spent living at this apartment complex. TO. THIS. DAY. i was 20.. i'm 28 now. yeah... YEAH. i was there in 2018-2021. it is now 2026. it does not matter whatever new management decides to take over this hell hole. nobody, NONE OF THEM care, and they NEVER WILL. they're all the same. the problems people that live there NOW are the same problems me and the rest of the community and allll the people that lived there before us had to deal with. i will probably actively pray on this apartment's downfall for the rest of my life. do not live here ☺️😋!!!!
