  Finding the right home can be hard, but my experience at The Addison has genuinely been a positive one. Justine, Dominique, and Keffney have helped make my time here good through clear communication and how they truly care for the residents. I appreciate knowing that communication is a key and that questions/concerns are addressed without unnecessary confusion. I also appreciate how well kept and presentable the community is. It is nice to live somewhere where the upkeep of the property is clearly a priority. I also enjoy the monthly resident events. As a second-year law student, life can get pretty busy, so these events really give us a chance to unwind and enjoy ourselves. It is a small but meaningful part of the living experience, and I genuinely appreciate the effort that goes into creating those opportunities for residents. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at The Addison, and I am already looking forward to the next resident event!

  From the minute I walked in the Addison, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Dominique and Justine made me feel so welcomed, valued, and confident in my decision to call the Addison my home. From the frequent events held, the maintenance team, and to the security I feel in this community, I am very satisfied with my experience here!

  The apartments here are truly disgusting and the staff is rude. It’s gotten worse in the last year we have lived here. Fly infestations, huge garbage bins near the entry doors in the parking lot leaving this disgusting smell and taking up parking space, you call management to report of an issue in the apartment that go unfixed for months, the trash chutes constantly smell and get backed up, the lobby reeks of smoke and weed 24/7, you walk in the parking lot and find litter everywhere and random condom wrappers, then hearing neighbors talk about car break ins, the pool and the parking lot have no lights and the pool goes uncleaned for a long time, and last but not least the package room safety measures have been down for over a year so packages will go missing all the time. I do not recommend living here! Moldy washer and dryers, dented and scraped up floors, shotty electrical work and over all work done to the apartment. Be warned!!

  If you're disabled do not live here. The ONLY ELEVATOR in the entire complex is always broke. They fix it just enough for it to work for a couple days then it's out for another 2 weeks. Insane to be charging 1400/month for a ONE BED to have to deal with a termite/fly/mold infestation.

  I’m extremely disappointed and concerned by the current conditions at this apartment building. There is a serious fly infestation that management does not appear to be adequately addressing. There are literally HUNDREDS of flies throughout the building — in the lobby, stairwells, common areas, and even coming through the vents. This is not just an occasional fly here and there. The amount of flies throughout the property is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation for the residents who live here. Trash service also does not seem to be occurring as frequently as it once did, which may be contributing to the problem. Regardless of the cause, residents should not have to live in a building with hundreds of flies throughout the common areas and making their way into their homes through the ventilation system. Management needs to take this issue seriously, determine the source of the infestation, and have it professionally addressed immediately. People are paying rent to live here and deserve a clean, sanitary, and properly maintained building.
