  Don’t believe these previous reviews, these apartments are very dirty and they have roaches and mold. If you want to have fun shots fired from time to time, the maintenance men come into your apartment when you’re not home and roaches in your tubs and closets MOVE HERE!!! Also when you request pest control they don’t even announce when they come the they just and quickly spray areas that they want and don’t ask your opinion.Yes the leasing agent people are nice but the rent is too high for how these townhomes look

  The community is very quiet, peaceful, and tucked away in a great neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever something is needed. The apartments are cozy, affordable, and the location is incredibly convenient to everything in Baton Rouge. Highly recommend!

  I was a vendor at their 2026 block party. This apartment complex is a great community. The people that live there were very friendly and courteous. The party was a blast and everyone seemed to have a good time. If I were in the market for an apartment, a complex that organizes block parties for it's tenants would be high on my list. The organizers and maintenance staff were helpful and kind when I had a problem with my trailer and helped me fix it. A kind act that they didn't have to do! Their kindness not only allowed me to provide my service for their event but helped me on a deeply personal level, too! I'll keep a special place in my heart for the complex and it's staff. And a special shout out to the St. George Fireman who gave me the guidance and helped to fix my trailer! Thank you!

  I had a wonderful experience applying at Shenandoah Bend Apartments. The process was smooth, organized, and easy to follow. Christian, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to assist me and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism. She truly made the experience stress-free. I’m very impressed and grateful for the great service.
