  I stayed here for about 5–6 years and honestly had a good experience. I know everyone’s experience can be different, but I didn’t really have any major issues while I was there. Anytime I needed something, the office staff got back to me and handled it, and maintenance was pretty quick about fixing things. It was a smooth, comfortable place for me the whole time I lived there. Overall, I can’t complain — it worked out well for me and I’d recommend it based on my experience.

  Absolutely loved living here!!! Didn’t really have any maintenance issues, but when I did need them, it was done within the next couple days. The leasing office managers / employees are always so helpful and kind and their communication was always great! Location is great for students and is surprisingly quiet even though it’s next to tigerland.

  Great experience living here. I had an AC unit leak and it was resolved and carpets dry within 2 days. Anna is awesome and got any of my issues fixed quickly! The team is very nice and cared about its residents.

  Holly and Anna have been amazing! It’s been great to trust and rely on such an amazing team in the office. It takes a huge weight off to know that you live in a great environment and community.

  I really enjoyed living here i think this complex is one of the most attentive and caring staff of any place i’ve lived. The maintenance was great as well i would put in a request at about 6 am when no one was awake and they would come to my apartment at 9 am sharp and help me. I would have continued to live here but my only issues were cosmetic. First is the wall texture I do not like popcorn walls at all. They constantly collected dust and I felt it cheapened the look of the space despite the decoration and cleanliness. Second the carpet pile was way too high. The carpet in order for me to feel like i could clean it in a significant way required me to get an almost 300$ vacuum to feel like i was actually getting stuff out. It was a pain to clean and such an issue when food was accidentally spilled because the pile was so high rather than short getting around the fibers and getting everything out (or trying to) was something i was constantly worried about. I think the gate calling system could also be improved by a pound or something after the numbers or a scannable code that expires so guests could still have access regardless of if the phone of the resident was able to be accessed. I think if the walls were normal and the floor was not such a high pile carpet I would have stayed because the kitchen was really great i liked the bathroom i liked the patio i didn’t mind the laundry being outside i liked the layout of the two bedroom but because of aesthetic issues I felt i couldn’t really feel see myself living here longer than the time i did because there were things i wanted with my space i couldn’t achieve. i think if youre less of a clean fanatic and more relaxed about cleaning and you aren’t concerned about aesthetics and more about quality of living i appreciated my time with the staff with the grounds and the price and i would recommend.
