  DO NOT MOVE HERE! June 2026 Review GATE NEVER WORKS: This is supposed to be a gated community, but the gate never works. It breaks every few days and has been like this for more than a year. Because of that, all kinds of people can access the apartment complex. My car got bumped in the parking lot, and there were no cameras to check what happened. DOG WASTE EVERYWHERE: People walk their dogs and barely pick up after them. It ends up smelling bad and looking disgusting, especially when it rains. I often have to walk through the grass to get to my apartment. TRASH EVERYWHERE: People throw trash everywhere in the parking lot, and when it gets windy, it spreads all over the property. There is one guy who has to drive around in a golf cart to clean it up. Then everyone who lives there gets messages about trash and littering, even though not everyone is doing it. MANAGEMENT TEAM: Management sends out mass messages almost every day about everything: trash, littering, parking in designated spots, noise at the pool, and more. But they do not actually do anything about it. Why should I keep getting these messages if I am not the one doing those things? Why don’t they set up cameras and actually handle the problem? Maybe if they cared enough, they would not let all types of people get onto the property, and these problems would not keep happening. LOUD NOISE: There is often someone driving around every night with their car music at maximum volume. There is also one tenant who lets all of their friends into the pool, even though the pool is supposed to be for tenants only. They get very loud and annoying. WIFI: They tell you that Wi-Fi is included in the rent, which gives them an excuse to increase the rent overall. Then they give you low-speed internet that is not even good enough for doom scrolling, much less working from home. They tell everyone it is high-speed Wi-Fi, but that is nonsense. FAKE REVIEWS: They also message everyone asking them to leave a review to participate in a giveaway, gift, or some kind of “discount.” But the “discount” does not seem like an actual discount. It sounds more like they may increase your rent less, rather than truly giving you money off. People are being pushed to leave reviews for a reward instead of giving honest feedback. They will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract and move in, but they will not keep their promises or maintain what they promote.

  I really enjoyed living at this complex. I live in a 2 bedroom, the unit was exactly as we expected all the appliances are up to date. Anna was really helpful with all the leasing details and moving in details. She was very easy to talk to and she is always friendly. Josh is also great! He is very helpful. Whenever we encounter any problems the leasing office responds very quickly and promptly. Parking is good. The maintenance team are quick and efficient! As a student, it is great living so close to campus. I get to the PFT parking lot in about 5 minutes in the mornings. Picking up packages is super easy and you can do it at your own convenience. I think it’s great for student living. Best apartment I lived in during my undergrad!

  After 2 years here, it was well worth it! I moved here in 2024 and now ending my journey here! It was well worth the experience for my very first apartment while being a student. Clear communication, shout out to the leasing team. Mrs. Holly, Mrs. Anna, and Mr. Josh in addition to the maintenance team! It has felt like home throughout these last 2 years. They are very informative when it comes to safety, making sure as a community we look after ourselves to be and look presentable. Maintenance is on point, although I only had 1 request. They get it done very early if possible and while throughout the day. Be patient it's a lot of residents who need service but when you turn comes around, you'll appreciate their service. Thank you for welcoming me and sending me off better than I came in to prepare me for more experiences to come!

  Great management, very helpful and accommodating with everything ! Had no trouble with anything. Had no pest issues in my apartment. Great value for the price. Bus stop right in front of the apartments!

  Wish I had known about this place sooner! It's a pretty quiet and safe place which I found perfect for studying. Staff is very friendly and I found myself hanging out in the housing office from time to time. Housing staff is usually good about letting their residents know what is going on within the property, whether it's gate malfunctions or low-key events in the housing office. Not to mention their move-in policies are quite flexible! Maintenance is great too! Whenever problems arose, all it took was a quick request through the housing portal and the Maintenance crew usually got it done within the same day or the next business day. Overall, I had a much better experience with this place compared to my previous apartment. I think I will be staying at least until I graduate from vet school!
