  Do NOT rent from this place. The management is horrible and this place is ran by a Mickey Mouse Operation it seems. They do not follow the lease guidelines and do everything they can to rip you off around rent time. Beware! Besides this, the Mgr is very uneducated and her knowledge of the complex is non existent. Anytime I would present a question to her she would say “idk let call corporate I see!!” She has worked there long enough to not be able to answer a residents question. Unprofessional and ignorant in my book! The comment below gave the mgr Ashley a positive comment but I completely diwageee. You will find out she’s nothing like she portrays herself and will go out her way to rip u off financially and more!!

  I really love living here. Clean well kept grounds, spacious apartments and friendly staff. Ms. Alanna Moss the property manager is fantastic! Any problems I have are handled swiftly. They definitely care about their tenants!

  The property manager Mrs. Cecilia gave me a tour of the complex herself, very impressive. She was very friendly, straightforward and honest. I loved my apartment from the first moment I walked in.

  As a medical professional, the preferences I must have are: close to work, convenient to basic necessities, and safety. Jefferson Shadows checked all of my boxes and as an added bonus it is peaceful and quiet, especially at night. Miss Cecilia, the property manager, and Mike, the owner, always have a smile and friendly greeting each time I’ve seen them. It’s a hidden gem on Jefferson Highway — if you’re in healthcare and looking for a place to call home. I would definitely recommend them.
