  I’ve been living here for almost a month now. There was a minor problem when I first moved in regarding my unit being an ADA unit but that was resolved promptly. The third party screening process is a pain and pretty difficult however I think it’s necessary. I think the screening process reflects the type of residents that live here. It’s very quiet,mostly working individuals so although it’s tedious you’ll appreciate it once you move in. I only see my neighbors when they’re walking their dogs and even the dogs are quiet. The grounds are kept very clean. I was skeptical moving to Baton Rouge from Biloxi based on a lot of apartment reviews regarding rodents and crime but I haven’t experienced any of those issues since living here. Their maintenance guy Deangelo is super nice and is great at communicating times he will be in your apartment and fixing things within 24 hours super friendly and even cracked a few jokes with my toddler. I’m a single mom and overall I feel safe living here. The amenities are nice and well kept up. I haven’t had any mold issues. I’m a pretty picky person when it comes to apartments and so far I’d say these apartments are well kept and in a nice area.

  Leasing office doesn’t know much. if you’re looking for actual information you need to dig for it. Application process is so miss informed and there’s miscommunication between the office and the company that runs your application. Record your conversations and get them to email you directly about the questions you because they’ll lie.

  Don’t do application they denied me based off of not going more documentation that I was never told that was needed and I called them and their company 5 plus times and was reassured I provided all documentation wasted almost 400 just on two ppl application

  I heard that their is mold and rats and leasing office won’t do anything about it they say their just pretty faces lol I rent update I rent to tout and saw mold completely disgusting if u like breathing good beware
