- AJAhmad jamalAug 24, 20261.0please be careful what room you get. if you are not on the top floor dont bother. The person above me would constantly stomp and jump around, sometimes as late as 3 a.m., waking me up. I called “security” multiple times, but they never showed up, and the noise continued all the way until I moved out. Parking is also very tight, so you have to be careful about where you park. The staff themselves were nice and kind, but whenever I complained about the noise, I was basically just told that they had spoken with him, with no real improvement. For the amount I was paying, this place was simply not worth dealing with the constant noise.

This apartment was fantastic, and I have only started to appreciate how great it was since I left. Maintenance was prompt, management was responsive, and there weren’t any unreasonable or unexpected fees that I experienced. I do not recall having any serious issues the entire time that I lived there. Ultimately I chose to move because my job took me out of the state, but I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a place to live in Baton Rouge. I was working on another review and realized that I forgot to post a review for the Bayonne when I moved out, and I wanted to make sure I gave them credit for a great experience, even if only belatedly!
