  I highly recommend using a different company, and if you choose to use this one locally in Williamsburg hire your own people for everything. The only thing that went right was the modular home. Our contractor got the ok Monday didn't start till week later stating out spending money. We weren't asked how we want home placed so now our home sits longways at end of our driveway. Only thing asked for was flat place for pool and trampoline no yard. The concrete people just dumped their access concrete on our driveway. We still don't have a porch which we're being played around with on our invoice but not on any orders. Reaching someone and getting a response is like pulling teeth. Driveway wasn't packed down good so is a complete mess be surprised when that gets fixed as well. We chose to ignore the reviews thinking it was just grumpy people finding out for ourselves that's not the case.

  I would not recommend this place they are a rip off cheep homes with high price. Yes they come back a few times you have to stay on to them when they will answer their phone or keep putting you off.we have had nothing but problems with ares.and who ever they had putting siding on did not or does not know what he doing. Bad job here. So be where my best bet go somewhere else..

  Haha. What a joke. My parents bought a double wide. The salesman lost all contact with them not very far in the process after promising to be there for them through the whole process. My parents house comes they come and set it and put it together just for more stuff to need to be done. Nothing is done yet. No one’s come back. Nothing. No welcome gift as everyone else has gotten. Nothing. My mom leaves a review on Facebook. Blocked. I go comment. Blocked. No professionalism at all. Hopefully you don’t want good communication during your process. Go elsewhere. For sure.

  While you can get a good deal here, if you want good customer service or even decent human respect, go somewhere else. We have had so many issues. An employee who was over all the work on site was so incredibly and unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. If we didn’t need our house so badly I would have cancelled right then. Good luck if you need any work done once it’s set up. It takes forever and they don’t even fix everything correctly. It didn’t even look brand new when moving in there were so many issues that weren’t resolved. I am terribly disappointed in this place.

  They tell you the price of mobile home only over the phone. Making sound like they are cheaper than anyone else. Until, you go there in person and get price. That's when they throw in set up and delivery fee. Making it the same as other dealers.
