  Me and my wife had been to 2-3 other home dealers in the area with no luck, we had even considered giving up on purchasing a home. I found Paul Bays through a Facebook marketplace post and decided to give him a shot and let me tell you it was the best decision we made, you can tell they have 20+ years of experience from jump street. If I was able to give them 10 stars I would give them 11! Paul and the entire staff were exceptional to work with. He made the process so easy from start to finish! I would recommend Paul and Clayton homes of Williamsburg to everyone! When the time comes for my family to purchase another home we will definitely be taking out business back to Williamsburg!

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying my home from Clayton Homes! From the very beginning, Paul was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made the whole process so much easier, answered all of my questions, and truly made me feel like he cared about getting my family into a home we would love. I’ve also been extremely happy with the service tech. Anytime something has needed attention, the service has been helpful, professional, and dependable. The crew that built my porches also did an amazing job, and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. Buying a home is such a huge milestone, and I’m so thankful that I had a great group of people helping make it happen. I absolutely love my home and would recommend Clayton Homes, Paul, and their team to anyone looking for a new home!

  After visiting several modular home companies looking for the home we wanted we were told by friends to go check out Clayton in Williamsburg, Ky. We drove several miles from home but it turned out to be well worth our time. When we arrived we were met by Paul who listened and took note of our needs and our wants in a home. Paul stayed in touch with us from the time we ordered and after the home was delivered. We loved our experience with this company and love our home even more. It is exactly what we ordered. After our home was set up the walk through could not have gone easier. I have called the service team and they have always called back and come check things out. I strongly recommend this company if you are looking for a new home.
