If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! 5star+++!!! Clayton Homes Walton, and salesman Drew Snyder specifically, came in clutch! This was the BEST experience I could have ever asked for! Drew was truly amazing! He showed how much he cares to make his buyers as happy as they can be! He did legit everything in his power to find me something I could not only afford but will be PROUD to own and LOVE living in! From the first conversation we had the transaction was so seamless it almost felt surreal lol. I explained what I was looking for, my price point, my financial situation and within an hour he handed me a deal that checked every single box! His knowledge of the homes Clayton has to offer is off the charts! But his passion to make sure I didn’t have give at ALL was just top notch!! And on top of all of that…things moved at lightening speed! From our first conversation to the Lender telling me they were passing me on to the closing team was 11 days! Unheard of! This is how seamless he made it! Drew I can’t thank you enough! Keep up the amazing work and passion you have! Anyone on the fence about purchasing a mobile home…go see Drew! He WILL turn your dream into a reality without all the stress! Once my home is delivered and I have my keys I will update with pictures! So EXCITED and Drew with Clayton Homes Walton made it all come true!

Drew Snyder walked us through everything the whole process from showing us homes upgrades prices everything drew is a genuine good family man and a great salesman who is upfront about cost and will go to the extent to help and get you where your trying to go. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a nice mobile home with land or on a lot somewhere. Great to work with you bud appreciate the honesty and hard work you have done for me and my family including talking to my parents who also helped me with this process for our first home.
