  Been a tenant for just about a year our lease is going to renew next month. It’s a very nice property management handles matters quickly. The place is clean and well kept. For the price it is totally worth it especially if you have a garage to store your extra car or extra stuff. Jeff is one of the mangers who you will most definitely want to rent. He is very knowledgeable about his property’s and friendly. For the price it’s totally reasonable for what these apartments offer. They have a pool for the summer and they have exercise equipment for use all year around they even have holiday events for the kiddos and the family. Not bad for the price. I’m definitely staying another year.

  I have lived at Thomas glen for a little over a year now, and the maintenance technician Darnell has always fixed my work orders on time, and is very easy going and personable. My car was recently broken into and he kindly knocked on my door to tell me after noticing a broken handle on the ground, I was able to work with local law enforcement to make a report. I have never had such a tentative maintenance technician who showed they cared about more than just doing their job and being done for the day. The previous maintenance manager was always timely and communicative. I am in hopes to see the current staff move up in their positions after the hard work I've seen them put in keeping up with maintenance orders, keeping the property clean, and communicating with us residents in such a positive manner.

  Five stars! I did a virtual tour with Whitney and the community looked great. I was surprised a virtual tour was an option. It was extremely helpful since I currently live out of state. Highly recommend Whitney and her team :)

  Awesome property, I personally love the new management. The amenities are top notch and the people in the community are great.
