    I lived in one of the townhomes in the middle back when they were getting built. My Son was just born and now 16 years later I rented a 2bd 2ba for my Son and I. The majority of people writing negative reviews are probably the trashy neighbors you wouldn't want to live next to anyway. Arika has been very helpful and everyone has been very friendly.

    Please be advised this place has no security protection outside. Twice my vehicle has either been vandalized or broken into. I have had to constantly patrol our own neighborhood with no security patrols from officers or even surveillance cameras in the area. They say they do monthly pest control spray downs yet I live remotely and for almost a year have not seen one person take care of this. There is only one garbage disposal for over 15+ apartments. When the trash is flooded they advise us to hold our trash that is very unsanitary. If you decide to live in these apartments expect to have your own security setup as people will also leave their own trash/furniture and even cigarettes outside your living accommodations. This is not worthy of a $1400 a month complex.

    I am not typically the kind of person to leave reviews and I am normally a "benefit of the doubt" kind of person but my experience here needs to be written out. I highly advise people to go anywhere BUT here. This was my first apartment back in 2020, and it was truly an incredible experience. I lived here until January 2023 and had absolutely no problems. I left for one year and moved back in January of 2024. This is when it went downhill- we were not allowed to tour the unit prior to move in and ended up getting a completely different lay out than what we were promised. The whole time we lived in this unit (another 2 years) we had numerous problems, some of which were just due to the age of these apartments - which again, I understand. Our water bill at one point quadrupled for multiple months, when I called the office I was told that the cost of water went up. Come to find out, the water meter batteries for over 90 units were dead and the office was aware yet did nothing about it. We had mold growing on the wall of one of our windows and maintenance told us that is was just "normal upkeep" and to wipe it away, this was a on going problem from September 2025 until we moved out in January of 2026. There were water marks on our ceiling from move in until move out and the only solution I was given from maintenance was to "cover them up". When I turned in my notice, I had signed to walk the property with the manager when they did their inspection and I never received a call to set this up. I am now well passed 60 days since I moved out and I have yet to receive an itemized bill for my deposit or any of my deposit back. When I called the leasing office, I was told I had to email corporate. I have now been emailing corporate for over two weeks with no response. I have since been locked out of my account and can no longer gain access to anything. Highly recommend going anywhere else.
