  I’ve now lived in an overpriced apartment for a year. I would recommend these apartments to people I didn’t like so they can suffer the entire time. The heat cannot be controlled by the tenant, there is no central air. So you’re either freezing/burning alive in the winter, because the tenant themselves does not have the option to adjust the temperate. In the summer it’s so unbearably hot!!! Unless you get a window unit, and even then it’s still hot!!! Including a higher electric bill!! There are no porches or balconies connected to the dorm like apartments. The company that bought these apartments a year ago when I rented it out, has now continuously raised the rent! Everyone that lived here has moved out, and anyone who rents a place here will regret it. Anna Rice does not care about the people she rents it too, just ($$) and money is all that matters to these people. I have a leak in my bathroom that I told the landlord about, but when maintenance came they could not find said leak. It is still leaking! I cannot take a bath without fear of the upstairs neighbors bathtub water leaking into mine. I pay $1145 plus electric for an apartment that has tortured me for a year. I will never rent from Cedar Ridge Apartments again. They’re over priced and not worth the pain. *There are few families left who have been there for years, everyone has moved out. The family beside me lived there for over 15 years and had to move because of the rent continuously being raised. New management (Anna Rice) took over when I moved in last year around February 2023.*- Adding this after the response I was given from management. I pray no one else gets trapped here for a year, it was the most uncomfortable apartment I have ever lived in.

  I have lived here for a long time and it has never looked better! All of the updates are so very nice , it has always been a wonderful place to call home, and now getting the updates that were very much needed and still getting the same great service!

  I had been waiting for the right place to move and when I made the appointment to see these apartments, I knew within minutes this is where I wanted to live. First, the grounds are clean and well maintained. It's quiet and neighbors typically get quiet around by midnight on the weekends. Second, the staff is awesome. Always smiling and willing to chat a bit when you see them. I've already had several maintenance requests (nothing serious, just small, routine things) and they were all handled within 1 business day of submission. I've already referred a good friend to live here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, CLEAN, well maintained, and safe place to live.

  Great place and community to stay. Highly recommended. Calm and quite place. All staff are very friendly and helpful in any aspect. They are easy to reach and listen to your words, especially would like to THANK Anna & Matt. Wish you guys all the very best and hope to see you soon...
