  Holly Wages is absolutely fantastic and handled everything very well especially with all the overthinking and second guessing. Highly recommend! Absolute best hands down!

  Me and my husband went to Clayton homes here in Mt. Sterling. We went and looked in January decided to wait till about April to get serious because it would be hard to move a trailer in winter. Went back and found the one we wanted got the numbers all down it was going to be 96,000. We also had a trailer to traded it they came out gave us an offer we decided to accept. Starting the process/financing. We thought the 96,000 was before our trade it. Long story short the price changed 3xs. 120,000 to 130,000. I guess if you’re going to trade one in they want to charge you for it haha. We started out at 96,000 without trade in and jumped to way higher. They jacked up price so they could get the trade in free. They also lost the copy of the title 3xs. I emailed it/texted and got an in person copy still lost it 😵‍💫😵‍💫. We obviously went somewhere else I’m not giving my trade in to them for free by them jacking the original price up. We went to another place and had an amazing experience!!! The place we went to had steps to trailers and electric was on with nice signs outside of them telling you the price/and name of home. Very very organized. Mt. Sterling didn’t even have steps to get in had to use a ladder it wasn’t an easy task while holding a little one. The price also never changed where we ended up going to. Mt. Sterling couldn’t tell us why it went from 96,000 to 130,000. Basically if your going to do a trade in do not do it here they will jack the price up on the home you want to get yours free. We went to dry ridge have had the best most organized experience got the home we wanted with no issues. Just sad had to go an hour and 30 minutes when I have a Clayton homes right here in my home town.

  Jamie has went above and beyond to help our family! My husband and I are both very appreciative of the work Jamie has put in to help us buy our first home. We knew nothing about the process and honestly, it seemed too good to be true. The process was too easy it feels like - but I know that’s thanks to Jamie! We cannot wait for our home to be set-up and livable!! ❤️❤️❤️

  All the people very friendly. Everyone bends over backward to do what they can to get you in a house you need. Great place.
