My boyfriend and I were going to buy a mobile home from them and we paid down about 75% of our down payment and were saving to pay the rest, during that time they were very kind and helpful, before we could sign the papers for our mobile home we ran into some finical issues and could no longer purchase the home. They tried every way possible for us to beadle to buy the home with our finical problems but in the end we decided it wasn't the time for us to buy and they gave our entire down payment back with out a question or hassle.
