This has been the worst decision I've ever made in my life . Me and my father went into freedom homes and was purchasing a home through you know Josh everything was okay but it took them almost a year just to get all the paperwork done to where we could buy the home then it took almost a month or two for them to put the home on the property but then it's been two or three months and we still haven't got to move in our home we're constantly getting threatened by our landlords wanting us to move out cuz they know our home is on the property but there's nothing getting done no matter how much we reach out no matter what we ask we talked to everyone that's in that building and no one is giving us a good answer they have really took a lot of money for the little amount of effort. And it took a toll on us mentally we're all depressed and anxious and tore up not knowing if we're going to be homeless when we have a home we just can't live on the home and I understand that they have other people that's buying homes from them but if they are in that high demand then they should hire more contractors or more workers or do something to meet people's needs. It's not fair to make people have to worry if they're going to be homeless or not when they're paying for a home and interest like we're already paying interest on a home that we can't even live in. But it comes down to the line oh we'll have you there by this day will have you there by that day but then whenever there's an excuse made well it's not really our fault it's in someone else's hands. Put on fact check them and I've went you know and done my own research and I just feel like they're lying to us and it really is heartbreaking because I never thought in a million years it would happen. But I wish someone would have told us the truth or we would have done a little more research before going in there so before you buy a home from freedom homes or anything I would definitely read the reviews and really pay attention to what people saying because they are not lying they're telling the truth because I've experienced it completely myself. It's crazy how different it is when Josh was working there he at least tried to explain it to us and give us answers and everything but now it's just nothing and I'm really really disappointed and I feel like now we're just stuck in this situation and have no other choice and it's truly sad.

Racheal Pruette helped my husband and I find our perfect home. She was extremely helpful with any questions and concerns we had, or any that came up during the entire process. She was always returned phone calls or text messages quickly. So friendly, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking about a new home to go see Rachel at Freedom Homes of Middlesboro, Kentucky.

horrible! If you buy from them expect waiting months. Alot of text trying to find out when work will even happen. They fired Josh who we had worked with from the start and gave us to Rachel who had no clue what she was doing. She always had the excuse let me talk with my manager and not getting back to us we had to keep texting or calling. half the time we had to get answers from someone else in that office. From day 1 we had problems they took my home right now all of my neighbors yard without permission and she wasn't even home when it happened. They kept driving through my other neighbors yard with all the trucks and stuff. Neighbor told them to stop the refused and ignored the no trespassing signs. Neighbor finally flipped out them cause our driveway was right on the other side but only 1 person used it.... When Rachel was told her reply was idk I wasn't there... I had a flat yard to start with but at the end of home I now have a small hill for water to run right now under my home. Now they was supposed to come back and fix it cause they guy who did it was new and they left him unsupervised and he messed up.... But it's been some time now over a month an haven't seen them back... So probably won't be back to fix it I'll have to file a insurance claim or rent a Bob cat when this horrible experience is done and fix it myself. I didn't buy a house boat but thats what I will have if nothing is done. I need them to cover my septic back up since it caved in all around it. I went weeks with my front door open since it would not close rain and probably neighbors cats helped themselves. And our latest issues... Josh had stuff on contract wrong and I guess he was fired before he could fix it or forgot idk either way it's freedom homes fault. And they admit it but just brush it off.... we was doing our own electricity and they doing water tap and meter... Papers had it switched and for a month we didn't know cause this paper wasn't given to us with the rest. We did electricity had it passed kept messaging Rachel for a dang month waiting for her to start the water process. To find out Josh didn't fix it and water takes 4 to 6 weeks... A month we could have already had it done ourselves. Now guys ask for buyer and seller list and look at it yourself cause she wasn't even going to tell us they charged us for electrical box when we already had one and had it all hooked up and done... It's gonna be fun getting that fixed. Just stay away from Freedom homes when buying. You will do better to pay more for your home.
