  We dealt with Rachel at the Middlesboro location and she was spectacular. She was very thoughtful and helped us through the whole process. Which seemed like a lot but she made it easy and fun. The amount of options that they have is crazy. She was able to not just tell us about them but also show us what they looked like and match colors and options together as we went through the house. The manager stepped in and had a very cordial conversation with us as well as Rachel was getting the paperwork together. Everyone there is great to work with and very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in a new home to visit them and give them the opportunity to help you find your forever home. We will be happy the rest of our lives in our new home.

  Tyler has been super helpful during this process. We’re still working on the whole process of getting our home, but he’s helping us every step of the way and he’s super knowledgeable about these homes and you can tell he’s very passionate about his job and getting you the best house he can. I definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking to purchase a home. We’re super excited to get our Franklin home up on our property!

  Working with Tyler has been wonderful. He has been there for all our questions and concerns. He was so helpful in our decision for our home and was not pushy or over bearing for any one house or another. He has been kind and patient through this process with us as well. It's been a fun and exciting adventure, and Tyler helped make it that way. If we ever had to buy another house in the future for some reason, we would 10000% come back to Freedom again.

  Tyler Dunn is amazing to work with super friendly and very helpful. Any questions we had he always answered right away even on his days off. I wouldn’t wanna buy a home of anybody else. Thank you Tyler for all that you have done for our family you are great at what you do.
