  I lived here back in 2020 for a year, came back in 2024 & just moved out July of 2026. I always enjoyed living here and really don’t have anything to complain about. Which is rare with apartments! Anna has always helped me 100% when I needed something. Any maintenance request was always resolved quickly and easily. If you’re hunting for apartments in Louisville, I definitely recommend this one.

  Me and my boyfriend move in about a month ago and it’s been a great experience so far, Friendly neighbors that respect quite hour during the night and look out for one another, Janell has been such a help with everything, overall I love this place and the community!

  This is my first experience, renting a luxury apartment and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and come with all the amenities you could ever want. It’s super pet friendly with areas for your pet to use the restroom. Also, they host events to get the apartment community to come together. Things like ladies night and game nights in the clubhouse. The pool area reminds me of something from a five star destination hotel. Cabanas and grills and a tanning pad. The gym and yoga room are clean and have everything that you would need or get at a chain gym. Then there is the Apartment manager, Anna and her colleague Janelle. They made this process so easy and super exciting. They’ve both been nothing but kind, honest, welcoming, and helpful. Their professionalism is by far the most impressive thing about them both. They both will go above and beyond. I know that if I need anything that I don’t have to hesitate to reach out. They handle everything with such a great attitude, grace, and respect. That also goes for maintenance men. My only regret is that I did not find this place sooner. If you are considering living in an apartment or looking for a place with all the bells and whistles, this is it.

  I’ve been living at The Gentry for one month now, and I absolutely love it! From day one, Janelle and Anna have been incredibly attentive, always making sure my needs are met and that I feel at home. Their level of care and professionalism has made my experience even better. The maintenance team is also amazing, they respond quickly and are always helpful whenever something comes up. Another thing I really appreciate is how kind and friendly the residents are. It’s so nice to be greeted with smiles and friendly hellos throughout the community. Recently, we rented the common area for our gender reveal, and it was truly a magical experience. Janelle was there before the event, offering to help and making sure everything I needed was taken care of before she left. Anna even followed up afterward to make sure everything went well and that we had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for celebrating with our family and friends. We also made sure to be respectful of the residents and those enjoying the public pool, and everyone was so welcoming. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to call The Gentry home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares, maintenance is reliable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming!
