After only three months at The Gentry, I am extremely disappointed. For a property charging premium rental rates, the level of service, security, and management has fallen far below reasonable expectations.
I have had packages marked as delivered that never reached me. The pool, one of the main reasons I chose this community, has frequently been impacted by disturbances and restrictions that prevent residents from enjoying an amenity they are paying for. In Kentucky, where the summer season is relatively short, losing access to one of the property’s primary amenities is particularly frustrating.
Even basic advertised conveniences, such as the coffee station, are often not maintained with essential supplies available.
Most concerning, multiple vehicle vandalism incidents involving broken windows, mirrors, and glass have been reported during my brief time here. Whether discussing package security, amenities, or parking lot safety, there appears to be a recurring gap between the premium price residents pay and the experience they receive.
Prospective renters should carefully evaluate whether the value provided justifies the cost.
