  Melissa at Swiss Village helped make my move to Kentucky and my transition to Louisville incredibly smooth. When I found out I would be relocating, I spent a lot of time researching to make sure I chose the best home and community for me. Working with Melissa, I can honestly say she is one of the most communicative and personable leasing professionals I’ve ever worked with. From the very beginning, she went out of her way to keep me informed, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. This is a small community with limited availability, yet Melissa consistently kept me in the loop even when she didn’t have to. Because of her dedication and care, I was able to make my wish to live in this community a reality. She played a huge role in making my relocation as stress-free as possible, and I am so grateful for her support. I can’t recommend her enough. I’m new to Swiss Village, but so far, I could not be happier with the community.

  The units here are simply gorgeous! The staff is amazing and truly want to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of residents. Melissa is so very friendly, welcoming, professional, and down to earth in a way that I truly appreciated while searching for a place to call home. The maintenance staff provides timely and courteous service and the grounds are well-kept. I highly recommend this mixed-use community and am so appreciative of the wonderful experience that I had!

  Moving to Swiss Village has been great! It's a convenient location that is close to many restaurants/ bars and a short distance from downtown area. The staff at Underhill Associates were so accommodating during the move-in process & have been quick to respond to any issue I have had! Overall, the new location is a great addition to the Germantown/ Schnitzelburg area!
