  Do NOT rent here. The place is dirty, the management team lacks leadership. The accounting system is always inaccurate. If you are not paying attention to your statement they will add charges that are not applicable to your account. There's also an extreme number of evictions at the complex. The unit was dirty, the carpet was filthy and when asked when they'd clean it I was told they weren't obligated to do so. The refrigerator looked and smelled like something you'd pickup off the side of the road. The electric stove worked when it wanted to. Trash would pile up for days, yet, you paying $25 for valet trash pickup and that service is non-negotiable. I wasn't provided a specific trash can for trash pickup and was charged $25 a month anyway; all the while I'm taking my trash to the dumpster for 4 months. Dog feces everywhere, I refused to walk through the grass. Not a safe place to reside due to constant domestic violence. There were at least two murders in the 2 years I was a resident. Jtown police need a substation there cause an office's parked car wasn't a big enough deterant to keep crime down. Abandonded vehicles are throughout the parking lot. And, homeless people sleep in their vehicles there as if it was named as a safe place to sleep overnight. Look elsewhere, this complex is NOT it.

  Everything is broke shower cabinets gap under my door bugs and lizards come in got charged an extra 300$ they added a fake lg&e fee and other fees and won’t email me back trash everywhere DO NOT MOVE HERE

  The front desk was really friendly and took us on a tour. She also outlined what options were available.

  If someone could kindly give me a call or send me a email regarding updates on my dryer that’d be great. I’ve been told multiple times now from all different people , different times that’d id get an email with an update and have yet to receive anything call or email….. I’m very dissatisfied with the level of communication.
