I lived here roughly five years, and my apartment was a source of anxiety, dread, despair, and fear due to the relentless assault on my mental health from the apartment staff, primarily Rachel, Kelli, and at least two previous staff members who no longer work there. (Review to be updated and completed in the near future)
- LKLuke KueberJun 1, 20261.0Glad my lease is over in January. Whole complex smells like marijuana and lease states no smoking. Kitchen utilities are completely outdated in apartments. Two bedrooms is over $1500? I would look elsewhere. Other morning I found a homeless person overdosing at the bottom of the property. Tons of homeless people live in nearby area and are constantly walking around the area and trashing the streets. Definitely wouldn’t walk around at night. I have a one year old daughter and don’t feel completely safe and can’t wait to move out. THIS PLACE I DONT RECOMMEND!

- ACart cultureFeb 25, 20261.0The rent keeps increasing and is becoming more and more expensive. On top of that, there are random trash disposal fees that were never clearly explained. The service quality is extremely poor. Whenever I call at night, the phone never connects to a real person. When you actually need help from staff, it’s always an AI answering instead of a human. It’s honestly ridiculous and very frustrating.
