  It is impossible to get maintenance requests filled out. We have had countless plumbing issues on our house and have had to go days washing dishes with the hose outside! The landlord seems great but this property management is terrible! It’s impossible to contact them! All I get is a voicemail every time or a number for a maintenance tech that doesn’t work for them! Rent from someone else!!

  I’ve served on many HOA boards and worked with every major management company in the Louisville area. These folks are without a doubt the least desirable of all of them.

  I would recommend PMI Louisville 10/10 to any prospective renter as well as property owners. April has been my leasing agent at 2 different properties and has done just a great job! You can tell she cares and is compassionate. That’s something VERY hard to find. It really means a lot how she’s cared for her clients. PMI takes great care of their rentals. They do a great job at being organized and maintaining properties. I am a “rookie” realtor. Just got my license two months ago and I will most definately be recommending anyone looking to rent or lease to check out PMI! Thanks again. You guys are great. & thank you to April!!!!! You go girl!
