  My children and I been here for almost 2 1/2 years My children and I are moving to a house .for the first time But I loved it here. Maintenance was on top of it! And ms Michelle and the other staff was nice!

  I went to visit this property today. I was greeted by Dominique who also gave me a tour of the property. The office was clean and smelled AMAZING. The apartments are nice and clean. They’re a bit hidden/isolated (which can be a good thing), but you can spot them way up in the hills from New Cut Rd - and the view looking down to the city is INCREDIBLE !! (hence the name Overlook Terraces). Apparently they are under new management (per the sign I saw), and I can tell just from looking at the grounds. :-) I see myself renting from this place ! Dominique really made it easy to talk to her and ask questions about the property. If you haven’t checked them out you definitely need to.

  Dominique truly goes above and beyond for residents and makes sure concerns are handled quickly and respectfully. It’s hard to find management that genuinely cares, but she definitely does. Her positive attitude and dedication make a huge difference in the community.

  Really love the environment, it’s very clean and spacious, everyone is super nice. When you walk in your always being greeted.. it smells good and the people always make you feel welcomed. I’ve known about these apartments for awhile but actually going inside the rental office makes a big difference when the employee is amazing especially if it’s Your first time and not knowing what to expect
