  I APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH HELPING ME TO GET SET UP WITH MY HOME , AND EXSPECIALLY THE MAINTENENCE CREW ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP OUT. The ladies in the Office are very professional in during their jobs. If I have any concerns or Questions they're always on point helping me with the right answers what I need.Thank you so very much Overlook Terraces. Linda Marshall and Son.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Overlook Terrace. The community is welcoming, peaceful, and feels like a safe place for families. I truly appreciate the effort that goes into creating a positive environment where residents can feel comfortable and where families have room to grow. Michelle and Dominique from the leasing office do an amazing job communicating with residents and making sure our concerns are heard. They are professional, helpful, and genuinely care about creating a safe and positive environment for everyone who lives here. Overall, I’m very grateful to call Overlook Terrace home. The community, the communication, and the effort from the leasing office make a big difference. I would definitely recommend Overlook Terrace to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place for their family.

  My children and I been here for almost 2 1/2 years My children and I are moving to a house .for the first time But I loved it here. Maintenance was on top of it! And ms Michelle and the other staff was nice!

  I went to visit this property today. I was greeted by Dominique who also gave me a tour of the property. The office was clean and smelled AMAZING. The apartments are nice and clean. They’re a bit hidden/isolated (which can be a good thing), but you can spot them way up in the hills from New Cut Rd - and the view looking down to the city is INCREDIBLE !! (hence the name Overlook Terraces). Apparently they are under new management (per the sign I saw), and I can tell just from looking at the grounds. :-) I see myself renting from this place ! Dominique really made it easy to talk to her and ask questions about the property. If you haven’t checked them out you definitely need to.
