  Once again, if I could give negative stars, I would we’ve been living in one of their properties for two months now and the house is a shit hole and I wish I had realized that before we paid them so much money. I stick to everything that I said. We now have mushrooms, fungus growing out of our bathroom floor out from underneath the baseboards because they won’t rip up the bathroom floor. I’ve been telling them that it is too wet in that bathroom because there’s no exhaust fan mold and mildew is rampant underneath that floor instead of checking and seeing the mold, they just pushed the bathroom floor up from the bottom to close up the cracks between the baseboard and the floor. they finally came and fixed the drywall by putting a big wood board over the wall. There’s dog hair and human hair painted into every surface of this house the baseboards, the walls, the doors, the windows. Everything has human pubic hair and dog hair painted into it because the contractors are too lazy to paint things the right way they’re too lazy to do anything the right way and or the owner or the management company doesn’t wanna pay the Contractor the amount of money it would cost to do it the right way, whichever one it is both are probably true. I have never in my life seen anything like this ever. I will post pictures of the fungus growing out from underneath our baseboards and whoever responded to my last review, you must not be too worried about it because no one‘s reached out to me to see if my concerns were addressed. I’ve made the biggest mistake of my life signing a lease with this company.

  I received 5/5 help with my home from Asif. The moment I reached out, he was able to handle my needs and meet requirements quickly. I highly recommend renting from LREI. Things happen in homes, but Asif and LREI can really handle the quality care of a home.

  The LREI agent Romaisa has been very good with bringing my apartment issues to attention. They did a great job with fixing my toilet and my bathtub! The only thing that I wish they would fix is the multiple automated emails and text messages I get bombarded with everytime I put in a MELD request. That is completely unnecessary and really annoying, but besides that, so far my experience with them getting things fixed has been good. I am satisfied. The photos provided are the condition of the bathtub before when the paint was peeling, and after when they got it redone. I'm very happy with it!

  Muhammad has been quick to answer my concerns. I am confident Muhammad is taking care of the problem I having... example today no hot water. Muhammad had a plumber to house before day was out and new water heater was installed. I did not have to spend weekend without hot water.

  MR. ABDUL , SENT MY CHARLIE CHANGED FILTER , CHANGED LIGHT BULBS. FIXED PIPE UNDER KITCKEN SINK , HAS TO COME BK. TO REPLACE BOARD UNDER KITCHEN SINK , AND CLEAN OUT DIRTY , DISTY VENTS IN HOUSE , AND FIX THE BACK PORCH AND STEPS , THANK YOU MUCH
