  They make us pay for a pool that 1. Never opens and has issues 2. The lifeguards dont even do their jobs 3. Closes when people get OUT of work so you cant even enjoy it , has been closed this whole year and we pay for it in our rent , the roach problems dont even get me started , its not even an issue of ours bc we keep our house squeaky clean we mop everyday , the roaches are just everywhere , they also are sometimes unfair , the days we have to pay rent the office is closed… what?

  I have to do this it took me a while until now. That how desperate I am at this moment. Let me explain why. Almost three months ago I started looking for apts and I found Jefferson Green apartments which I was recommended to apply for. Meet one of the Manager(I don’t want mention name) who was helping me out in the process of moving in. I went through all requirements and paperwork that need to fill out and I was approved. When I finally set up an appointment for fill out the paperwork to move in this past June 1st the manager never showed up. I called, email and never got a reply back from her. Since themI being show in to the office and it’s closed. I emailed to the email they have in the paper on the door and no one has replied back to me. I being calling email and again no one has responded back to me. My lease ends at the end of this month after putting in a request for cancellation of my lease and now I’m struggling and desperate because of this situation. Can someone from your team contact me please to help me out or at least put me on the right path. I will appreciate it. Thanks

  I moved here 5 years ago, at which point I would have given 5 stars and many applause to Mandy, who unfortunately, no longer works here bc of a new company called Solidago taking over! As a matter of fact no one hardly works here. All of the office staff either quit or was fired. The office is NEVER open anymore. Teens run like heathens all hours of the night. Grown, drunk, vulgar adults gather and play loud music and you find their empty alcohol containers everywhere. Weed is the aroma of Jefferson Green! Teens sell drugs right in the parking lot. No one manages nothing around here. The entire complex is covered in trash. No one works in the office to even speak with. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Air filters haven't been changed in months either. This is no different than living in the projects at this point. If I were to give advice it would be to watch your back if you do move here and carry a weapon at all times. Teens were seen by my family selling drugs and watched us go into our home and began harassing us and banging on our doors. I have a special needs son who is triggered by loud noises and he had a seizure because of it. The office did nothing. Also, parents like to threaten other parents children, which I dont take kindly to. Clearly by lack of employment here the place runs itself and people do as they please. Take heed.....stay away!!!

  Whats corporate phone number I have a major issue/complaint!!!! I thought that when I moved into this place I was going to have quality. Derek gave good customer service. Autumn does not and alot of things just aren't adding up. I have unanswered questions!!! I can take this to section 8 and court but I'm trying not to let it get there. I feel discriminated against because I'm on section 8. I was trying to discuss my issue with Autumn and she told me it is what it is. How unprofessional. She makes me feel like me and my kids don't belong here. Don't get me started on the area and how trashy it is. How the rent is so high and no parking space and the fact that we can't even get a key fobs with a button to open and close the gate. Or the fact that they have security to give us a ticket or tow our vehicles. If we park in front of the dumpster due to no oarking!!! Please have corporate call me immediately..
