  Lived here for 2 years now, the area isnt the greatest but theres worse. When I first moved in my front door had a bunch of dents and bullet holes. My car has been in a hit and run while parked and also broken into through my passenger window and then driver window overnight TWICE. The entire time the management hasn’t been good since i’ve arrived. There is teenagers that act like they run the place in the parking lot all day every day running in front of cars and being loud. Ive been waiting over a year for a new toilet that hasnt flushed properly and a new stove which the oven quit working but not the stovetop. My neighbors above are carelessly loud but I think its just how thin the ceilings are. I live on the 1st floor and the ceiling above my master bedroom’s shower has a hole thats leaking and dripping water that is eventually going to fall in and they also seem to not really care much, but besides this the office is pretty strict about everything which they have no reason being because this place doesn’t hold up to the standards they act like. Only good thing about this place is the pool and park its pretty nice but they have bigger things they need to worry about, still have hope tho..

  I gave this place 5 stars when i first moved in 2020 and since i have deleted my comments and i have updated 2026 for the people that is trying to move in and spend their hard earn money, I am real when it comes to rating so I gave them 5 stars five years ago but im letting the people know what they are getting themselves into before they move in, this place has gotten worse, they have had at least 5 different mgr or more & different maintenance technicians which made FCA has downgraded,when i moved in 5 years ago everything was kept up and this place was nice to live and had NO roaches and maintenance was great, its 2026 and since changing mangers 4-5 times this place has become non livable, trash all over the parking lot and been waiting for maintenance to fix my AC for a year where water is leaking to the top and falling on electrical plugs " I have video underneath" 🚫and I can't get emergency maintenance out here on weekends or during the week that I just gave up and ready to moved, too many changes here i can't remember the last time this place had an pest 🪳 spray, they don't come change AC filters anymore ,the last time filters was change was 2 years ago, I made a note online come fix the problem,a week later it is removed and no one has come,people that moved in bring roaches and now im surrounded with them and they don't spray so I had to buy my own off Amazon bc i do not live like this, if this place had a inspection check it will fail, they don't care about fixing anything anymore, i went in to the office and told them about the problem i had and its getting worse and she will have someone come first thing, do u think maintenance came, hell na!!! can't wait to move, i don't know how other tenants live and they don't care about roaches in their house but i do I never live where I seen a roach and im not goin to start living like that, im a tentanf that is clean and disinfect my apt everyday and I pick up trash outside around my apartment but always see trash on the porches, dirty couches that turnt over on the porches and they haven't got a warning about that shows they don't care about their apartments, so once my lease is up in December im outta here and if someone ask me about Falcon Crest im goin to give them the honest GOD truth how bad this place has got since i moved in 2020.
