I have lived here for approximately three years, and unfortunately my experience has steadily declined. One of the biggest issues is the ongoing lack of supervision of children throughout the complex. Large groups frequently run between parked vehicles, play in common areas in unsafe ways, and create excessive noise that disturbs residents attempting to enjoy their homes.
In addition to the noise and safety concerns, there is a persistent litter problem. Children regularly leave trash throughout the property rather than disposing of it properly. The landscaping was completed just yesterday, and portions of it had already been disturbed and moved around. I have also witnessed children pulling up sprinklers and damaging other common-area features.
One particularly concerning incident involved a group of children removing a sewer drain cover and climbing inside. This created a serious safety hazard and demonstrates the level of unsupervised activity occurring throughout the community.
Most recently, I observed children climbing on utility boxes and using a bat to strike trees, utility boxes, and the dumpster. Security was contacted and responded, but incidents like these continue to occur.
Despite numerous complaints over the years, there has been little meaningful improvement. What is most disappointing is that residents were promised a peaceful living environment. Instead, the community often feels chaotic, disruptive, and poorly monitored.
I understand that families and children are an important part of any community. However, there should also be reasonable expectations for supervision, safety, respect for property, and consideration for fellow residents.
I had hoped to remain a long-term resident, but due to the persistent disturbances, ongoing property damage, litter issues, and lack of meaningful resolution, I have decided not to renew my lease.
I hope management takes resident concerns seriously and works toward creating the peaceful, safe, and welcoming community that was originally promised.

Thank you for your response. However, my review is based on concerns that have already been reported and discussed with management multiple times throughout my nearly three years as a resident.
I have contacted the office, submitted complaints, spoken with staff in person, and recently sent a formal follow-up email documenting both the ongoing issues and a recent incident. In addition to my written complaints, I have provided photo and video evidence as attachments to support and document the concerns being reported. As of today, I have not received a response to that email.
My concern is not that management is unaware of the situation. My concern is that despite years of reporting excessive noise, unsupervised children creating safety hazards, littering throughout the property, damaging landscaping, pulling up sprinklers, climbing on utility boxes, and other disruptive behavior throughout the community, there has been no meaningful or lasting resolution.
I appreciate the invitation to discuss my concerns further, but I believe I have already made those concerns known on numerous occasions and have provided documentation to support them. At this point, I would be more encouraged by action and measurable improvement than by additional conversations.
I sincerely hope future residents are able to enjoy the peaceful, safe, and welcoming community that was described when I first moved here.
