  The homes are put together cheaply and quickly. My fusebox is miss Labeled, the air ducts under the house rattle, and a list of other things that I had them come out and look at but they just do the bare minimum. This ceiling fan was just replaced and this photo is the way they installed it. Now I can't get the warranty company on the phone and I know calling the office is not going to fix anything.

  I wish I could give zero stars for this place they make everything sound so good when your buying their homes. What they dont tell you is when they add the deck to your new home it voids the manufacturer warranty. So what they really sold you was a guaranteed peice of crap. I just had to put on a whole new roof wood and shingles the wood was rotten after only 5 years. They kept pointing finger's at everyone else but this place is horrible do not i repeat do not buy nothing from them. I wouldn't buy a dog house from them.

  Ask for Jared when visiting. He's one of the sweetest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet. We were highly impressed with his "non-pushy" selling. He is also knowledgeable on his product but if he isn't sure, he will do the leg work to find the answer to your questions. He was patient, respectful and listened intently.
