  Very clean and beautiful apartment complex. The only bad thing is the visitor entrance is hard to use because the screen is virtually unreadableon how to use it.

  I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience living here, I feel it’s important to share. While the property may look appealing at first glance, living here has been incredibly frustrating due to ongoing maintenance issues and safety concerns. Throughout my tenancy, I’ve dealt with multiple unresolved problems involving appliances and building upkeep that significantly impacted my ability to peacefully enjoy my apartment. Just in the 10 months I’ve lived here my refrigerator has gone out, my microwave has stopped working, my dishwasher has had issues, and my AC has gone out multiple times. Additionally, prior to moving in my dryer was not hooked up correctly (hose was not attached) creating a physical safety hazard for myself and my pet. Maintenance responses have often took way longer than they should, and communication regarding concerns frequently felt inconsistent or dismissive from the management team. Most recently, there have been persistent issues with the gate. Situations like this make it difficult to feel comfortable or secure in your own home. I understand no apartment complex is perfect, but tenants should reasonably expect timely maintenance, professionalism from staff, and a safe, peaceful living environment. Unfortunately, my experience here has not reflected that standard. I hope corporate takes resident concerns seriously and makes changes moving forward. Improving both property conditions and overall tenant experience is needed.

  This apartment is cursed. Luckily new management has been more responsive, but over the 3.5 years I lived here I experienced two floods, a broken washer, a broken dryer, a broken dishwasher, a broken garbage disposal, and the locks being changed on my apartment without my knowledge.

  This property charges luxury prices, but the experience doesn’t match. When issues arise, management tends to shift blame rather than take responsibility. While weather is unpredictable, proactive maintenance and contingency planning are part of managing a building that has been operating for years. Unfortunately, when residents were affected, there was no compensation or meaningful support—only repeated statements that it was due to the weather and “not their fault.” Things happen, but how management responds matters. The lack of accountability and tenant care was disappointing. Sharing this so future renters can make an informed decision.
