  Truly a fantastic place to live. I've been here going on a year. Maintenance team is incredibly proactive about responding to reports, usually during the same day. Excellent amenities--though admittedly I don't use them all--valet trash, resident parking, bike storage, concierge package service. Easy access to Downtown, Highlands, and all of the hot spots worth hitting in Louisville. Also, I never, ever, ever hear anyone in this place. The walls are thick and my neighbors are very considerate. You are absolutely getting your money's worth should you choose to move in.

  This was a fantastic place to live in Louisville! Great location with many cafes and boutiques within walking distance, safe and secure building, and Tori and Cathy are amazing. 10/10 experience!!

  I lived at AMP for 4 years, and I could not imagine living anywhere else in Lou! Tori is so kind and friendly, and she made the moving process so smooth! I downgraded from a 2bed to a 1bed in my time at AMP, and Tori was kind enough to let me move in a little earlier which was so helpful! Cathy is the best maintenance lady ever!! Your requests will be filled in 24 hours or less. The units themselves are clean and spacious. The best part about AMP is definitely the location, Frankfort Ave is super walkable and safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving to the Louisville area

  I lived here for over a year. It is worth it. I just moved into a house otherwise I would have stayed here. The accessibility to the neighborhood and all the restaurants is fantastic. Not to mention, the service here is great as well. You will get help with whatever you need maintenance on within a day and they are very friendly. If I went with an apartment again, AMP would be my choice.

  Your prices are to high and your staff, Walter included are by far some of the worst people to deal with. Walter was not very friendly. I came in and completed a tour, and he didn't have the nerve to do a handshake. If you have business to do, make sure you make people feel welcomed. If people do not feel welcomed they are not going to look at this place. If you are going to charge people something, like cable and internet, then you need to bring down the price of the rent, and work with people. You need to make sure that your residents are really wanting your services, because not everyone wants cable, and they shouldn't have to pay for that. Not everyone needs trash service, and this is not something that they should have to pay for. FIX THE PROBLEMS!!!
