  My home process has just started but the kindness they have shown me over the past year is incredible ive had the worst experience with other mobile home lots because I wasn't wealthy or because I need my old home torn down and a new one for my kids I waisted so much time at other places when I should have went here first I havnt even made the trip yet to meet with my sales man in person and he has done more in just a short few days then when I went to one in somerset was 2 months of headaches and stress then never heard nothing else from them but went there right after having surgery to look at the home we was wanting at the time just to sit a few hours and then trying to push other homes off on us we was not interested in also i might add during that whole process I was talking to a salesman here he was given me advice and helping me out he tought me a little bit about stuff everytime I messaged him for help on what they were doing he got straight back to me and answered those questions never once tried to get my business or pressure me into coming to him he was helping me and I didnt even have a loan process with them that is great costumer service in my book and I wasn't even a customer at that time I will say even tho my process is starting im so glad there is still kind decent people working out at these mobile home lots I was about to give up hope an came accorss his post an saw it was oakwood and I was like let's try this one more time and ive had 2 loan processes with two other trailor companies and another one I spoke with in person and they just made me feel like I was waisting there time and mine so oakwood you all are awesome I appreciate you all treating me the way you have this past year 3 different guys at the same lot you all have been so great I hope my process goes smoothly and I appreciate you guys so much god bless....

  I would love to give these people a negative stars but that’s not possible. How can I simply put this, do not buy from these people. From the beginning with the facts, when I bought the home Mason messed up the paperwork and had I not caught it, my mobile home would have been delivered to Pikeville instead of Whitesburg. Then they lied about when it would be delivered and set up. Then when it was delivered and set up it was delivered in such bad condition it was unlivable. Then they sent a repairman who never worked on a texture dry wall house and guess what he made it worse, my walls still have cracks and now what looks like a skin rash. I finally got the manufacturer involved and they tell me the house isn’t blocked right and if it doesn’t get corrected the walls will just continue to crack. July 11th my mobile home was set up and I’m no closer today to moving in then I was then. Absolutely do not buy from this company. Oh yeah if you make them look like what they are incompetent morons. The general manager will magically lose your number. Please please people don’t buy from them and go through what I’ve went through. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

  By far the worst customer service I've ever received . Our salesman mason would never contact us if we were missing any paperwork. We would find out a month later once we would call to check on the process after he had told us we had everything needed. Then they quoted us an insurance company to use but failed to mention our auto had to be through the company as well. We didn't find out until all of the paper work was done and filed. It took four months to get our trailer even with it being on the lot prior to getting it . Then our water line had four leaks in it and we were without water with a newborn and mason failed to even report it to the service department. We ended up calling two days after to get it taken care of. Then the service department informed me that they had set the trailer incorrectly and when I called them back to try to get it fixed the gentleman informed me that I was mistaken and offered to explain it to my husband since my little female brain couldn't possibly comprehend anything he was talking about. I would never recommend them to anyone .
