- ABAngel BakerApr 16, 20261.0We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of follow-through regarding the underpinning on my son’s home. He purchased this home nearly two years ago, and at the time of delivery, we were told your team would return to complete the underpinning. That never happened. Since then, he has made multiple calls and continues to get the runaround with no resolution. Nearly two years later, the underside of his home is still exposed. This is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business practices. We are asking—once again—for this issue to be addressed immediately. We hope that bringing this to your attention publicly will finally result in action being taken.

Which all the water is laying around the house. Will be contacting my lawyer. Look at the first line that we marked yes to. Not my fault that they didn’t word it right. They are telling me that that was meant for the footers. F rating
