  I have genuinely enjoyed living at Waterstone and, until recently, would have highly recommended it. The previous managers was always friendly, accommodating, and made residents feel valued and welcome. Unfortunately, since the management change, my experience has declined significantly. The current manager comes across as entitled, unapproachable, and more concerned with herself than the residents. The customer service I have received has been the worst I have experienced, and many interactions have left me feeling unwelcome and disregarded. One situation that especially stood out involved a community event at the pool. I asked if I could bring my dog to the event while keeping him completely away from the pool area and have been told no. However, from my balcony, I watched the manager walking a dog around the pool area during the event, that almost got into the water. Experiences like this make it seem as though the rules are not applied fairly to everyone. The only reason many residents continue to stay is because of the outstanding maintenance team and the two young ladies in the office. They are hardworking, kind, and always willing to help. Waterstone has great potential, but I believe the management company should take a closer look at the leadership they place on their properties. Strong management can make all the difference, and unfortunately, that is where this community is currently falling short.

  I’ve had an exceptional experience living at Waterstone at Hamburg. The property is modern, clean, quiet, and professionally maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from day one. The apartment units themselves are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and very well kept. What truly sets this community apart is the staff. The office team is incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The maintenance staff is equally outstanding. They are attentive, responsive, and consistently on top of absolutely everything. Any request or concern is handled quickly and with genuine care. Everyone in the community is friendly, and the overall environment feels safe, peaceful, and well managed. I highly recommend Waterstone at Hamburg.

  My experience at the Waterstone has been amazing! Everyone in the office was so lovely to work with and I can tell they really care about their residents. Very clean, great amenities, and friendly people!

  Staff I’ve experienced other than the previous manager has been fantastic. Maintenance staff has been excellent. Unfortunately they are also given cleaning jobs which is ridiculous. We need cleaning staff. In the year I have lived here, the place continues to go down in cleanliness. Walls are scratched, baseboards are dirty. Entrances are always dirty. Clubhouse has 2 dirty rugs which are beyond being cleaned again. In saying this, I am very happy living here although I see people leaving everyday. We pay too much to live here not to have a nice clean rental.

  I enjoy facility however I would like to see common areas and elevators cleaned in a regular basis which I don’t think it’s getting done at all.
