  Edit: Two weeks in, and no one has replied, but they are flooding my email with offers to rent from them. No, I am not interested in renting from an absentee landlord. Buzz off! I am not a resident, but after a week of trying to get in touch with the front office, I am now under the impression that they have no interest in renting any apartments, and the front office doesn't exist. Emails are responded to with auto replies. Calls are always put on hold, only to be kicked into voicemail, which never receives a return call. If they won't respond to someone trying to give them money, I can only imagine how they treat tenants who are contractually required to pay them.

  This place is terrible!! Infested with roaches, horrible plumbing, very unclean. Doesn’t keep a landlord. Been there for half a year and they gone through about 3-4 landlords within that time frame. Also as I was there when I was at work the ceiling caved in!! Ruined almost everything that I had for my son!! I was desperate for a place as I am a single mom of a 5yr old and pregnant with another. I didn’t have anywhere else to go at the time. Oh and another thing when we did have a landlord they would hardly ever be in the office!! Also shootings seem to happen every 5 months or so.

  I was excited to meet Mr. AVRAM in the office. We had a very productive conversation which led to my lease renew. The service was faster than expected. Shout out to him and the entire management team at Tates creek crossing for such a very careful customer service. Also, I had a friend fastest move-in, plus a move-in special.

  Management is a joke! They loose your rent constantly they are big infested. They don’t fix issues until code enforcement gets involved. They charge you extra $15 just to pay your rent. Management never answers you back when you try to contact them. Do not move here.

  I have to say I am so pleased with the help I received from the new manager Jessica. I have looked at renting here in the past and honestly I was not impressed with management nor the environment. I have spoke with Jessica a few times now and she has been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I also can see a huge difference in the area because it looks so much cleaner. I asked her about the changes and she said as a mother herself she wants to make and keep it as nice as possible so people can feel comfortable in their homes and feel comfortable letting their children play. She genuinely seems to care about the property as well as the tenants. As a single mother of three I worry about moving somewhere new because you really never know how it will be after moving in. I honestly can say Jessica at this point will be the reason I choose to move here if I end up moving in.
