  Insecure, slumlord complex attempting to charge "premium" prices. They're offering discounts because nobody wants to live here. Drive through the lot on a weekend - it's half empty. Had a series of violent attacks from teenagers (including homemade bombs, kicking doors with ski masks on, etc. - if the complex wants to deny it I can post pictures again) they did nothing, and someone from the leasing office even suggested off the record people take it into their own hands (probably not very wise unless you want to end up in jail). Claimed they hired "security" which was some guy living in trailer nowhere near the complex? Horrible communication, they close the leasing office every 5 minutes but they'll make sure to tow your vehicle the second you're out of the overcrowded guest parking at the entrance of the complex. People who do things like urinate in the breezeways and leave dog poop everywhere are perfectly fine though.

  I absolutely love living at the Stables. The apartments are very nice and comfortable and the management is amazing. The staff members are so helpful and on top of things and have assisted me in every way possible to ensure I have a great experience ! The maintenance guys (Robert and Wayne) are a godsend as well, and they are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable too!

  Nice spacious units, bedrooms are a great size and the closets are VERY NICE and roomy. Updated amenities, large kitchen island, and new appliances. Lots of storage space throughout the units, which is a must anywhere you live. This place has great on-site staff and management. Best of all, the location is fantastic, tucked away at the end of Waveland Museum Lane.
