  Home Forward has been wonderful to work with! Their maintenance team is always friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they truly care about their residents and take pride in what they do. It’s so nice to have a team you can count on!

  So I have been renting from these people for a hot minute. Everything has went to where you have to go through a whole process to pay rent, get maintained or pretty much anything. The manager has been a good person but can’t help because his hands are tied? I had apple come out and cut me 10 dollars short. So now to pay rent I have to go to Kroger or other places just to live here. So I do not recommend this company. I’ve tried to be curtious and understanding, but a million dollar company is all it is. So peace at my earliest convienance. P.s. every employee has been wonderful. Horrible company. Did I say example of corporate America? Just wanted to make sure. Edit: Per the owner response, I had called that morning and was told to kick rocks and forever you are doomed to pay bills somewhere else. Just wanted to clear that up. Also, called when it happened and was told it was noted. So, take a look at that before we speak.

  Have enjoyed living in this area on Alexandria drive close to downtown and convenient. Home Foreward has met every need that has occurred with quick and proper maintenance at our location would suggest this company to others , kind staff with understanding and prompt service.

  Definitely not a great place to work with, explanations depends on your credit report, and in this economy good luck with that. Fair warning they are only doing what is expected! No extra mile and lord for bid if you have a section 8 voucher. In other words find a private owner! And u better make more than what section 8 gives you! They want the max! With stipulations only based off their company's explanations.
