  I want to give a huge shout-out to Home Forward and especially their maintenance staff. Every time I've submitted a work order, the team has been responsive, professional, and thorough.   For the start we show up to do a walk through and they didn't show up and reschedule it for a few hours later after we drove a little over 3 hours it needed a lot of work but was told it would be ready the following month understandable I have my own rental properties and they also apologized not showing up for the showing things happen can't have the keys or do a walk through without signing a move in contact that was supposed to have pictures that but unfortunately they couldn't the file to upload the work that was supposed to be completed never was hot water tank wasn't working first guy said he needed to do a move in walk through no notice or anything did checked the hot water heater said it was fine also light up his cigarette in a non smoking house next guy was great checked it said it wasn't working they would replace it the next 2 guys come replace it drop the new hook it up leave now guy 5 comes great guy said it isn't working guy's 6and 7 come now somewhat have hot water less then a month of living here they need to do another walk through did get a notice this time that's a plus but then they don't have a key want me to hide one for them I'm out of town won't be back until around noon so they have a guy change the locks at 9 so a guy can do a walk through at 10:45 thankfully i put my cameras up and the guy decided to put back what he thought he was going to take and finally when we moved all utilities had to go in to our name like most places everything did except the gas they wouldn't do it because it need expected and a new meter did that it only runs the furnace the guy said there is no reason to turn the gas on at this time call forward home said that was fine and now today get told we have until Monday to have it in our name also not a problem now that the meter is done and the furnace was inspected two days ago I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone well let's hope the second month goes alittle better

He went above and beyond to ensure that my relocation from London, KY to Winchester, KY was as smooth and stress-free as possible. The representative who showed me the unit was also courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations.
