a friend of mine just called talking about they done put another note on the door for some weird inspection from today until the end of the month giving permission for management to enter the unit to conduct for Hud, rd/ khc, irs (oh its randomly done 😂) this place is worse than jail no privacy at all whole time nobody dish washers work microwave nor ovens refrigerator sounds like a vacuum hallways dirty but they want your unit to look like Beverly hills with barely anything working not to mention they've brought Tanya back hopefully now that she has a man she can stop acting strict on the residents and get maintenance to do their job always threatening to evict folks but how would she feel if she came to work and was threatened to be fired everyday she clocks in? tanya thinks shes bigger than the program as if she's not disposable then they tell you they're coming to do inspection but make excuses when they don't show up. instead of trying to run this place like a inmate facility try remembering these people are human respect and leadership comes naturally when you go about things the right way bring oliver back and get new maintenance

Horrible place. Do not believe what the office staff tell you. Solidago, new management company, and GlenEagles are a financial rip off. My application there was handled improperly and money was not returned to me after false promises, no lease signing, no apartment provided. I have spoken to corporate and local staff and I still don’t have my money back. Stay away.

Stay away. Do not trust the staff. Very bad experience. $400 was taken from me for a deposit. I was not provided an apartment after trying for 2 months. I was given false promises constantly. I had never signed a lease. Finally, I had to get an apartment elsewhere. Gleneagles and the management company, Solidago, promised my money back. Now I get no return calls from Solidago. I was cheated of $400. Plus cost of time and effort. This constant efforts of communicating with Gleneagles and Solidago has not been fair to me.

I currently live here and i love it. The management is so nice and a joy to be around. If you need something done they are more than willing to help you. They explain everything so well and in detail. The apartments are so nice and spacious
