  terrible place to live. easily one of the worst places to live. maintenance crew just does not care. here is the picture of the kitchen sink that has sewer water backing up into the sink. the problem is not that the sewer is backing up. the problem is the maintenance have not given two cares about it. i in a maintenance order 3 days ago. no one from maintenance has showed up. no one has even bothered to call and ask how things are. the stink in the entire apartment is unbearable. i just spend most of my time outside now at work or at the library because it is simply impossible to bear the smell. every now and then the sink overflows with sewer water flowing over the counter spaces and onto the kitchen floor. it is impossible to do any dishes or cook anything. the insects. chronic problem that nothing gets done about. at this point i just let them roam around all over the apartment. they just co-exist with me now - basically like my roommates. and they will be your roommates too if you decide to lease here. the management does nothing to control the insect infestation. the pictures are the result of the insecticide i put in the apartment. but despite that, the insects just dont stop. they just keep showing up. the mold and the roofing. i will let the pictures do the talking. the maintenance knows about it and they have not done a thing about it. its just the norm for them. it may be a surprise for you and me as tenants, but for the maintenance crew - all of this is normal and just part of being a resident here at colts run. i will certainly not be renewing my lease here. for all you out there - please be careful before you sign your lease here. once you sign it, you are trapped. there is no way you are getting out of it unless you pay the lease-breaking fee - 2 months of rent and you have to give them a 2 month notice. so it can get really expensive to get out of this hell-hole. (the pictures have been taken over several days to show that its not a one time problem - its really a chronic long term issue here)

  Do not rent here unless you like constant water outages, no response from the main office, and trash piled up outside your dumpster to where you literally have to walk over steaming piles of food just to put your trash away. There are many better places than this. Update: also make sure your apartment is spotless before you leave or else you will be charged thousands and mail key replacements are $100 just so you all know. Again save your time and money this apartment does not care about you they just want your money

  The management is terrible. They do not maintain the place either, every building probably has mold. I lived here in 2016 and then again in 2023. It has drastically declined and they raise the rent every year. Do not live here.
