  The staff and maintenance are absolutely great and respond faster than most places i have lived, BUT we have had a horrible time with spiders, I mean we had killed 7-8 in a week time span INSIDE. They are always in the stairwells and walking through them at night is nerve wrecking! appliances are a bit dated and kitchen/living room is pretty small for square footage.

  I had a very positive experience living at Chinoe Creek. Maintenance was consistently timely, and on one occasion, someone even came to my apartment to help fix a water leak outside of normal business hours. It's a quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors who keep to themselves. The gym and pool are great amenities, and the location is incredibly convenient, right across from Chinoe Creek Plaza, including Kroger. As for the leasing staff, Carly has been wonderful throughout my time at these apartments. I reached out to the leasing team on several occasions, and she was always helpful, friendly, and remembered me even though we didn't interact often. She made things so much easier and was consistently kind and willing to help. Overall, I would highly recommend living here, it was a great experience.

  Me and my fiancé recently moved into Chinoe Creek and honestly it has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We absolutely love it here. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and actually feel like home. One of my favorite features is the in-unit washer and dryer because it makes everyday life so much easier. The location is also amazing. Everything is super close and convenient while still feeling peaceful and beautiful. Moving to a new state was honestly terrifying for us, but living here has made the transition so much easier and more comfortable. The staff has also been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process, which made a huge difference for us as first-time renters moving from out of state. We genuinely feel so lucky to have found this place and we’re so excited to continue building our life here.
