- AAAshleighOct 2, 20261.0I sent them a refundable 100 dollars and ended getting a different apartment. So now they are lying to me about my refund, telling me my bank is holding it when it has been processed and answering the phone and hanging up. The president contacted me and I decided to contact my bank. Not sure why they seem hard up for 100 bucks. Would not recommend, saw a roach crawling while viewing the apartment
- TSTravis SchultzSep 24, 20261.0I am a current resident not the kinda person to leave reviews, but I kinda feel like people should know what they are getting into. Rent is cheap sure but there are several drawbacks. First and most importantly there are tons of roaches, and the building has been "treated" in the last two months. Second, the water bill is outrageous here; it is just as much electric. Third sewage is just as much as water. So even if rent is cheap, you will end up adding a minimum of 250 to your total cost of living. If you are in a bad situation, I am sure you can find somewhere with similar rent that doesn't charge these utility fees while living with roaches.
