  If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend Lakeside Landing Apartments! The property is always kept clean, the grounds are well cared for, and it’s clear that management takes pride in the community. Felicia is an amazing property manager who truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She is professional, kind, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her team makes the leasing process easy and works hard to ensure residents feel valued and taken care of.

  Toured the complex today and was truly impressed with the care taken into everything, from the landscaping to the layout of community shared spaces. The little extras they include like the fire pit and wood, to the propane gas grill for you to use. The complex is older however they have taken point on renovating to today’s style and colors. Paris was a pleasure to work with.

  The office staff is always friendly and informative and really quick to address any issues I bring up. Felicia, the property manager, genuinely cares about the residents and always makes herself available when something comes up. Maintenance is also super quick to fix things, which I really appreciate. Lizzy is always friendly and does a great job too. I also really like my apartment itself. It’s comfortable, and I really appreciate how quiet it is. For me the location is ideal. It’s close to major areas like Cincinnati and Florence, but still not super busy, which is a nice balance. Overall I’ve had a really good experience living here.

  Keeping my name private for specific reasons. Please save yourself and DO NOT rent from this apartment complex. It seems so awesome, but after signing your lease you will VERY quickly regret your decision. I could go ON. And ON. I have been wanting to make a review for a while now but have held off as I didn’t have the energy to make an entire anonymous account. After hearing the person ABOVE us having sex I have added yet another reason why I hate this place to my list. I will leave a more specific review once I move and can address all issues without giving my identity away. I’ve always been taught to never trust a stranger. But this stranger is not lying when I say you will regret signing a year lease here shortly after you do it. SAVE YOURSELF.
