  3 years ago today we were officially all moved into the worst place i ever lived. 10 water leaks, 5 power outages, 30 spectrum outages, and 3 maintenance guys who were rude to me (and eventually got fired). So glad we have a house now Lakeside Landing Great community, awful buildings, and property management is mostly vistigial. Thanks for giving me some of my deposit back 🤷🏻‍♀️ Oh and when I say mostly vistigial I mean they don't respond to emails or voicemails, and sometimes they lock the office down for meetings with their people inside with no warning. Not to mention their AI IVR that doesnt help anyone that currently lives there. They also have housekeeping inspections every 6 months and last fall they failed everyone on my floor with children. They get 2 stars because the good news is, if your apartment needs renovating like your sink is collapsing from a water leak one of their maintenance guys gaslit you about so now you need all new cabinets, they won't kick you out to renovate your apartment. Looking at you, Fairway Park. Also they've started putting their MANY passive aggressive broadcasts in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole so at least they're inclusive. And before someone says "oh its just 1 landlady " we were there 3 years, and we had in that time 3 land ladies. The newest one, Felicia, is nice to your face, only to stab you in the back. I met her boss and mentor from regional, and she said she was nice just like her. Ma'am, she is not. AND she spends all her time making corny ad reels for Lakeside Landing on the company FB and Instagram pages. I dont know why I am typing all this because they delete all their new negative reviews. One of the maintenance people was straight up bullying me while he was here and it took my mom leaving a bad review on this place for them to fire him. But where did the review go? Idk. And he only snapped at me because Corey was the interim landlord and has no people skills. Lindsay is a doll, and I love her. She is the nicest maintenance person they've hired since I lived there, and ive seen /9/ maintenance people in and out of that place. Adam is okay. He gets the job done. You never know which Adam you're gonna get. If you call the emergency maintenance line (and believe me, you're gonna need to call the emergency maintenance line) and you get anyone but Adam or Lindsay they will ask if you called the office first. But No 👏 one👏 ever 👏 calls 👏 you 👏 back👏 at 👏 the 👏 office. Theyre too busy making TikToks. 🙃

  If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place to live, I highly recommend Lakeside Landing Apartments! The property is always kept clean, the grounds are well cared for, and it’s clear that management takes pride in the community. Felicia is an amazing property manager who truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She is professional, kind, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her team makes the leasing process easy and works hard to ensure residents feel valued and taken care of.
