  They have way to many restrictions when it comes to pets. You have to pay 400 something for just 1 pet for the pet deposit plus another 60 per pet per month. So if you have more than 1 pet I suggest you dont move in here it will get pricey

  Honestly, we do not enjoy this place anymore. When we first moved in, it was okay. We have been telling the management that there are raccoons that tear up the trash and then it doesn’t get picked up and nothing gets done. They literally said that there isn’t anything they can do. Of course, once the animals do get into it, they won’t pick it up. They don’t give you an extra trash can to put outside to keep your trash in, because that’s the ONLY way your trash gets picked up, but then you have no trash for the inside from about 6pm-11pm. (And it doesn’t even get picked up 7 days a week) They’ve also said that kids aren’t allowed to color with chalk on the side walls, which is not family friendly at all. The stairs to go upsides are WOBBLY and it doesn’t look like anyone’s even thinking about taking a look at them. Not happy 😐

  Rent price is good you can’t find a place around for price that includes water, trash pickup at door step and 300mb internet. All you are out is rent and electricity. Washer and dryer hookups. Good size closets and baths. It would be nice for garbage disposal like my last apt. Outside balcony are nice, wish all levels had screens. Fan/ light combos in rooms to add to extra comfort. Laundry room inside club house is nice. If you have a pet. They have a pet wash!
