  This would be my second year living here, its a perfect area to start your life up. The property manager is sweet and always understanding, the maintenance men remember your name and your neighbours are trustworthy. We are surrounded by a welcoming community and ive enjoyed every moment ive lived here. If your lookin for a place, this is worth a shot.

  I currently live in Independence Oaks. I would recommend their spacious apartments for any families searching in the area. The community is very pretty and well maintained throughout the spring/summer. Lots of kids, great surrounding schools, easy commute to anywhere in NKY and Cincinnati.

  I signed a 2 year lease here, and I couldn’t be happier with this apartment! The managers have always been so helpful & maintenance is the absolute best! They come the exact day you put a request in and they even send me text updates about my requests and even my dog when I’m not there! Which, is a great peace of mind knowing my dog is in good hands when Someone else is in my apartment.
