  Nikki, Tim and Alex are amazing people. I had a great experience with them all. Independence Oaks is a gorgeous community and they keep it in fantastic condition. I highly recommend you go check it out before renting anywhere else.

  I have never ever experienced such a RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, LAZY, & UNPROFESSIONAL office ‘lady’. On top of that, every apartment is shown as $200 cheaper to trick peope.

  Snooty attitude from management and lies about costs. They con you into making good reviews for drawings and tow ur car if u go on vacation. STAY AWAY!

  Property is affordable and has garages (both were a necessity when I moved). It's close to almost everything you need, but also gives a small town feel. Haven't had any issues with the other people renting, everyone seems very nice. I had a couple issues when moving in that seemed to just be from sitting for a little longer than usual. Water and electric are very affordable, the staff is also friendly and maintenance has been very quick to respond when needed. The reviews with maintenance just coming in whenever they want is not true, unless you put in a work order in which they have called me first just to give a heads up they are going in. I've lived in many different places and so far this one is great.
