  Wonderful place to rent. The apartment is great and spacious. The staff have been super to work with, very responsive, friendly and courteous. I love it so far!

  We have lived here since July and the experience had been okay so far. Maintenance is pretty quick and the people in the office are friendly and helpful with questions. I'm excited for more of the community items to be constructed.

  We love living at Hamlet. Its conveniently close to everything. Maintenance has always been quick and Alexis in the office has always been super helpful in answering any questions we have had. All of the neighbors we have met so far are all very friendly and welcoming. Living here has been a great experience all around.

  My experience with Hamlet on the Bend has been very positive so far. The leasing team has been professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the application process. They’ve taken the time to explain everything clearly and have been quick to respond whenever I had questions. The property itself is clean, luxurious and in a great area. I really appreciate how smooth they’ve made everything and I’m excited to live here.

  We have one of the large townhomes here, and have lived here a few weeks so far. Pros: - It's quiet out here! - The kitchen appliances are fantastic. - The tap water quality is the best I've ever had - The local schools are excellent - Traffic isn't terrible - The windows/blinds are really nice - Carpet is good quality (high pile) - The low voltage/network install was well done - The washer/dryer combos we leased through them are Speed Queen (awesome, fast) - Hot water heater and furnace/AC are great and keep up with our family of 4 just fine. - The shower is generously sized, with a well made sliding door system. - dumpsters get emptied decently often, there are two. - The maintenance guys are very kind and responsive since we moved in. - No annoying kitchen island for our kids to hit their heads on. Below are the cons, be be mindful that this place is literally still being built vs the long term plans. I'd expect things to improve over time in some regards: - All of the toilets are comically small... seemingly child size. I hate it. - The bath tubs are the smallest you can imagine and lose the heat of the water quickly. - They desperately need to add 2-3 more dog waste bag/bin stations. The overflowing waste and poor compliance (mentioned before we moved in) seems to be a symptom of that scarcity. - AC blower sound is a bit loud in the downstairs townhouse HVAC registers nearest the utility closet. This seems like a design oversight. - Kitchen cabinet storage is okay at best. It was a step backwards for us, but we've been able to make due.
