  We have lived here since July and the experience had been okay so far. Maintenance is pretty quick and the people in the office are friendly and helpful with questions. I'm excited for more of the community items to be constructed.

  We moved one moth ago and until now the experience is being good. We request some maintance and it was answered and fix quickly. We love the apartment!

  I'm really happy with my choice to move in here! Faith is amazing, makes you feel at home starting at the tour. And I don't understand how she always responds so quickly! Any issues or questions have been dealt with promptly. Move in experience was extremely smooth, and I credit Faith for that. The apartments are brand new, and this area is being developed fast, so the location is only going to get more convenient (it's already extremely convenient if you have people/destinations spread out in the Cincinnati/NKY/Lawrenceburg area). The apartments are beautiful inside and out, with a really thoughtful layout. I'm in the 2 bed/2 bath 1202 sq foot layout. The kitchen has tons of cabinet and counter space, with modern and sleek appliances (especially the fridge!) and a deep kitchen sink with pull-down sprayer. The master bathroom has a huge walk-in shower that feels luxurious. Water pressure is great too! The second bathroom is also spacious. Both bedrooms are large and well laid out. One of the reasons I chose this complex was because my mom is in a wheelchair and I wanted her to be able to visit me without a bunch of trouble. The "bridge buildings" allow you to be on the second floor without navigating any stairs. On the tour Faith was really thoughtful about my requirements of having somewhere accessible for my mom and pointed out where I could pull up my car and get my mom out. I've had no issues getting her around the apartment, and the way it's laid out (bedrooms on opposite sides of living room, with a bathroom across from one bedroom) is allowing her to walk around WITHOUT the chair. It was the perfect pick for me and for her. I moved in right before the huge snowstorm, and the road and parking spaces were cleared off quicker than any of my friends' apartments in other complexes. I was really impressed by that. It's very quiet here (although not all apartments are filled yet). I can tell the community is certainly my speed (professional). I feel safe and at home here and am really looking forward to setting down some roots in this area in my fancy apartment! Thank you, Faith!
