- JLJake Lyall1 day ago2.0The experience went smooth until the house got delivered. Dude at the lot was awesome and professional. The crews doing set up left house/ personal trash laying around along with nails,nuts, and bolts . Uncertified people connecting digging water lines and not sinking them as low as theyre supposed to be. If ever a time comes or someone asks in the future I would gladly suggest building or buying pre existing! You dont want the head aches of trying to reach out through a chain to get something accomplished.
