  I previously left a very unfavorable review of this location. Looking back, I recognize that review was written largely out of frustration surrounding the timing of events and a comment that was made during the process by who I believe was a sales representee. While those concerns were genuine at the time, I do not feel that review accurately reflected the entire location or everyone I worked with. Since then, I have worked with Grant, Sonya and Vanderbilt and have gained a much better understanding of manufactured home financing, lending requirements, and the overall purchasing process. While I am currently pausing my home search for the next six months to strengthen my financial position and acquire a parcel of land to package with the home, I can say that the staff have been informative and have generally worked to provide information in a timely manner. Overall, after additional conversations and a better understanding of the process, I feel a 4-star review is a more accurate reflection of my experience. I appreciate the information and guidance I have received, and I now have a much clearer picture of my available lending options and future home-buying timeline.
