  My apartment is very nice and clean ..office staff is always nice...maintenance is really great for such a large complex.. I just feel like rules are not enforced...kids are completely out of control...they fly through the parking lot not paying attention...trash is horrible around the dumpster...dog poop in front of my apartment...the smell has been horrible in this heat.....and shootings I heard there have been 4 within about 6 months. I will be leaving asap . I would like to add.....this complex doies not go month to month after 1st year (not in lease)...and they say you have to give 60 day notice.(not in my lease)..I feel like they trap you into another year because every other complex i have applied to is 30 day notice. And go month to month.

  Kids over in overlook are out of hand outside all the time not being supervised .I just moved out after 5 years of it. Manager is really nice and his team but they need to address the tenants of there disrespectful kids 😒 I had neighbors next door had 2 little girls outside running around not being supervised. Kids always in parking lots riding bicycles running out in front of cars Not good place to live for older people 😕
