  I would not recommend this place at all. Luckily I was able to get out of my lease after 3 months. In my 3 months there I experienced mice under my kitchen cabinets, a leak in my bedroom anytime it rained, and rotted out cabinets that should’ve been replaced years ago just to name a few things. The place was extremely different than what was described by the leasing office and what was on the virtual tours. When I told them about all of these issues I never once received an apology from the leasing office. They sent out a rodent company but even after a couple visits the mice were still keeping me up at night and eating my stuff. The leak was not properly addressed even after assuring me it would be taken care of. It was so bad that earth worms were coming in through the baseboards during storms. They offered to let me move to another unit that was 2 floors higher than mine or do construction while I was living at my current place. With the way my experience went throughout the short time there, I decided it was best to cut my losses and find something different.

  Wrights Point is a fabulous place to be! Great community, perfect location and a super friendly and helpful team that takes care of all of us residents. I'm very happy here and would highly recommend Wrights Point to any future residents!

  Great place to live. Nice quiet neighborhood and Dave and Amy have been great to work with us from maintenance issues to anything else we have needed.

  A real good place to live that is close to downtown yet very quiet from city noises. The apartment quality and the apartment service is great.
