They have bedbugs and roaches. They’re falling from the ceiling. I live across the street from the Leasing office and it is so disgusting. I had to leave downstairs is worse, but even if you’re on the top floor, you’ll still have roaches talk to other tenants. It is nasty. Do not rent here. They will not tell you. I have letters from pest control I can show you images. Please do not rent here.

Been living here for going on four years. My only problem is the office manager. She sucks. She’s had my ceiling caulked over three times. It was caulked before I even started living here and she just wants to keep caulking it back close when it keeps reopening. From my understanding this crack in my ceiling goes to the whole next apartment over. She runs off every office lady that works with her. We’ve had 3-4 different ones each year. she runs off every good maintenance man that we’ve had. Only reason she still has her job here is because she’s friends with corporate..just ridiculous that you can’t go to anybody for real problems when they are QUICK to up the rent every single year. Easy apartment to get into if you need a quick move, but if you’re looking for a long-term nice place, I suggest you look somewhere better, Rent is only raising and no problems are getting fixed.

Overall a good place to live. It’s the residents! I’ve lived here for over a year now and I’ve had three packages stolen! I’ve reported previous incidents to the office to which I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. If you’re looking into living here please install cameras to watch your stuff! People try to get over on any and everything.

I lived here from Aug 2017 to May 2018, it is the only apartment complex I have enjoyed living in! The management was always amazing and took every complaint we had seriously. Alivia was AMAZING!!!!!! She always remember my husband and I, our names and some other smaller person detail that added a nice touch and made us feel valued. She is very professional and takes her job seriously!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Like you about 2 years ago, I read bad reviews to this place but figured they were just exaggerating so I gave this place a chance. The first issue was bed bugs that appeared within less than a week of living there and did not go away for months. The next issue was mold. There is MOLD all over number unit 63. Black mold. It was in the bathroom, in the vents, in the bedroom. I notified them about the mold and they just scraped it off the vents and left it all over the ceiling, where it grew more. The next problem was the neighbors. Some people that were very disruptive moved in. They would get into massive fights at 3am and have the whole floor shaking, smoke weed and cigarettes, litter all over the apartments and hallway, they'd even stomp out cigarette buds in the hallway. I notified management MULTIPLE time and nothing was done, we put up with that for about a year. Then someone hit my car in the parking lot and didn't leave a note. Their cameras do not catch anything in the parking lot, just the dumpster and their office. Isn't that nice. The next issue was bed bugs, again. And this time due to new management and terms that we were not told about, we had to pay for the inspection and treatment. So then we moved out we cleaned the apartment and paid $300 for carpet cleaning and they cleaned the carpets really well, but they say it must be replaced and are holding the security deposit and charging us nearly $300. Absolutely stay the hell away from this place. If you are looking for a sign not to rent here, let this be it.
