We are extremely happy with our new home and our overall experience. The builder delivered a quality home at a great value, and any issues we encountered were minor and addressed quickly and professionally. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and well maintained, making it a wonderful place for families. The location is also ideal, with most of Franklin just minutes away. We would also like to recognize Jay, who was great to work with throughout the entire process. He helped us find the perfect home for our family, maintained excellent communication from start to finish, and was always quick to address any questions or concerns. Overall, we highly recommend both this community and Jay to anyone looking for a quality home in a great location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I give Ryan Homes at Hammons Farm 10 stars! From start to finish, this process has been easy breezy and it could not have been a better experience for us! Everyone from Jay to Fletcher to Fraser to Hannah at TNSS to Roy to Spencer have all been so helpful and were the reason to our seamless home building and buying journey! We LOVE the neighborhood! Everyone has been so welcoming. On top of the people of the neighborhood, just the atmosphere is wonderful! I’ve always dreamed of living in a neighborhood with my kids and this is exactly what I’ve been wanting! If you’re looking for somewhere to raise your babies and/or want to live in a beautiful neighborhood, then look no further than Ryan Homes at Hammons Farm!

Man I wanted to build my home here but I drove through the subdivision to look at available plots and it changed my mind real quick. I am in disbelief that Ryan’s homes allows owners to put up 2 story metal buildings in their yards. It doesn’t look good and I’m now looking into D.R. Homes.

I’ve enjoyed living in Hammon’s farm up until this point. I can’t believe that HOA, Ryan approved a 20 foot barn pole on the side of a house. The barn pole is almost as tall as the two-story homes are. It is the first thing you see when you drive down the road. When I go for walks, I cannot believe what I’m actually seeing. I just don’t understand how a brand new neighborhood that looked so nice is allowing this. I am concerned as many other homeowners are. I have had family and visitors come visit me and they two are in shock because it looks so distasteful. I really wish I would’ve built elsewhere.

Although i love my home and had a positive experience with Jay, Steven and Fletcher. There is now a huge barn pole beside a home on a huge corner lot. The metal building is huge and not behind the house and has a gravel driveway. There also was a large Christmas tree on a front porch for seven months!! This is destroying our neighborhood and home values! This is such an eyesore and the HOA should have never approved a barn pole kit to be installed. It also does not match the house at all. It’s a complete different color. Very disappointed as i did ask questions regarding if this was allowed whenever i decided to build my home at Hammons farm. I was told this was not allowed in this new subdivision. I really don’t understand what the HOA is for at this point. I am concerned about not only my home, but everyone in the subdivisions decreasing Home value. When my children are outside playing i can also hear everything that is going on in the barn pole. It is like a tin can. Absolutely ridiculous!
